If you are unable to attend the conference, registration can be transferred to another individual. Please submit the name of the substituted delegate to IFA Canada administration by Monday, May 9, 2023. After that, the substitution will be accepted only at the conference site.
Please note: if you transfer your registration to another person, additional charges may apply, depending on the transferee’s membership status.
If substitution is not an option, written notice of cancellation will be accepted by the Conference Department until Monday, May 9, 2023. Refunds for the registration fee less any applicable administration fees will be issued by cheque; please contact us for details.
Refunds do not apply for cancellation requests received after the deadline.
