The next meeting of the IFA USA Young IFA Network (YIN) Study Group will be held on January 23, 2009. Kim Blanchard of Weil, Gotshal & Manges (New York) and Sandra Slaats of Deloitte (Toronto) will present their thoughts about Article V(9) of the U.S. Canada Protocol regarding Permanent Establishment from Personal Services.
The session will take the form of a webinar, and the speaker will be hosted physically in New York, at the office of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, 620 8th Avenue, 36th Floor.
While the program is intended primarily for members of IFA age 40 and younger, all IFA members are welcome, as are international tax practitioners age 40 and younger who are interested in joining IFA.
