Our next lecture will be given by Philip Baker of Field Court Tax Chambers. Philip will speak on Domestic courts and international tax case law, including those on treaty interpretation and application as well as cross-border anti-avoidance case law. He will also speak about international arbitration decisions, recent EU tax cases and state aid litigation.
